By renting a vehicle from Sai Krupa Self Drive Car Rental Goa, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All rentals are subject to availability and verification of documents.
The primary driver must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driving licence. International guests must present a valid International Driving Permit along with their passport and visa.
Each vehicle carries a refundable security deposit, which varies by car (₹3,000 – ₹1,00,000). The deposit is returned in full after a quick inspection at drop-off, provided there is no damage, traffic violation, or fuel shortage.
Minimum rental period is 24 hours. Most vehicles come with unlimited kilometres within Goa. Select flagship sports cars carry a 150 km/day allowance, clearly shown on the car's page.
Same-to-same fuel policy applies. You receive the car with a documented fuel level and must return it at the same level. If returned lower, refuelling is charged at pump price.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Within 48 hours, one day's rental is retained. No-shows are non-refundable.
The renter is responsible for any damage, traffic violations, or fines incurred during the rental period. In case of an accident, the renter must inform us immediately and file an FIR if required.
Delivery is complimentary in Panjim, Candolim, Calangute, and Baga. Other locations may carry a small distance-based fee, always quoted before confirmation.
Sai Krupa Self Drive Car Rental Goa reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
